1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

At Baandho, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Customized or altered garments
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotion (unless damaged/defective)
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order:

4. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not in stock, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative product of the same value.

5. Shipping Costs

  • In case of a defective or incorrect item, Baandho will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • For any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Refunds for Returns

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made to the original mode of payment.

7. Additional Notes

  • Please retain the original packaging and invoice until your return or exchange is completed.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet our policy criteria.
