Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information provided is complete and accurate. Baandho will not be held responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or loss of packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
2. Domestic & International Shipping
- Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping is free for all orders within India.
- International Shipping: Additional shipping charges apply based on weight and destination. These charges will be calculated at checkout.
3. Duties, Taxes & Customs
All applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer/consignee. Baandho is not liable for any such charges and does not accept returns or offer refunds for refusal to pay these fees at the destination.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 10 to 15 working days, depending on product availability.
- International Orders: Usually delivered within 20 to 25 working days.
5. Packaging & Transit
All orders are securely packed with protective wrapping and polythene covers to ensure safe delivery. However, Baandho is not responsible for any damage, soiling, or tampering caused during transit or customs clearance in the destination country.
6. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 10β15 working days after purchase. In case of international orders, delivery may take additional time depending on customs clearance and logistics availability.
7. Delays & Unforeseen Delivery Issues
Baandho is not liable for any delays or non-delivery due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or other unforeseen events.
8. Re-Delivery & Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to customer errors (such as wrong or incomplete address, recipient unavailable, etc.), any re-delivery costs incurred will be charged to the customer. No refund or replacement will be issued for non-acceptance of delivery.
9. Order Confirmation & Updates
In the event of a delay due to stock unavailability or any other unusual circumstances, Baandho will notify the customer via email. We strive to keep you informed every step of the way.
10. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with Baandho, the customer agrees to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Baandho reserves the right to verify and validate any information at any point before processing the order.
